Mr. MM Madan
Associate Director
Mr. MM Madan is a Associate Director in Convolution Engineering. He carries rich experience of more than 40 years in Hydro Power Concept to Commissioning. Including construction. He led many projects in India, Nepal and Bhutan at construction stage and also worked as Project head and regional head in Hydro public sector as well as private sector. He was Chairman of Assocham National Council on Power, Tunnelling Council and construction equipment and was associated in preparation of Hydro Policies as well as Tunnelling Policies. He has authored more than 240 technical articles in national as well as international journals and conferences. Authored three books and Fellow & member of many reputed institutions.
Mrs. Hemlata Gupta
Technical Head
The company is ably steered by Mrs. Hemlata Gupta Chief Technical Head of the organization. She is an M.Tech- Structures Civil Engineer by profession having more than 24 years of experience in the field. She also completed her executive MBA in Project Management from NMIMS Mumbai last year. During her professional journey, she has moved from hand- designing models to become an expert in planning, designing and construction of Dams, Power House, Tunnels, Bridges, Smart City etc. She is acknowledged as an expert in the field of Structural Engineering in the industry and has also served in many reputable Multinational Companies in her past occupations. Under her leadership CEC is flourishing rapidly in the wide array of Civil Engineering related fields and her aim is to position CEC at par with global players in the field of Civil Engineering Consultancy firms.

Hydraulic and Hydrology ExpertHe has around 50 years of extensive experience in planning, design and construction of irrigation and hydroelectric power projects, expressway projects and also teaching the postgraduate engineering courses. Got his PHD in water resources from IIT Roorkee. He retired from the post of Chief Engineer in Irrigation Department of Uttar Pradesh and was responsible for overall Monitoring and Evaluation the physical & financial progress of major, medium & minor projects and also lift pump canals of the Department of major, medium & minor projects and also lift pump canals of the Department.
Rais Mian
Hydro Mechanical ExpertHe pursued his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. During his 37 years of professional experience, he has designed and executed the various elements of hydro-power project like gates, penstocks, hydro turbines, rope drum hoist, trash crack cleaning machine, Gantry, EOT cranes etc. During his 20 years of experience in NHPC Corporate Office, he has reached his ultimate designation in his career as a “Chief General Manager” for NHPC Limited Faridabad. Also, he is having a proficiency experience as a fully involved from progress monitoring, supervision/inspection (including welding and non-destructive testing), sand blasting, painting, erection, testing, commissioning and thereafter operation and maintenance of fixed wheel vertical gates etc.
Dr. Mohit Kumar Puniya
Geology and Geotechnical ExpertDr. Mohit has PhD in Structural Geology. He has passed UGC-CSIR NET exam with all India rank-6. He has more than 12 years’ experience in the investigation of civil projects in different parts of the country as well as aboard. He has published more than 25 research papers in International and National Journals. He has research collaboration with Durham University (UK), Central University of Asia, IIT Bombay and Presidency University. He is specialized in Slope stability analysis, geological mapping of slopes, Ground Penetration Radar survey, Geological Mapping etc.
