CLIENT: – The Gulf of Khambhat Development Project (KALPSAR), Govt of Gujarat with Lea Associates
SALIENT FEATURES:
- Barrage (1.648km length with 79.85 m of width)
- Bridges over the Barrage (4 bridges over the barrage: 2
bridges of width 13.5 m each(comprising of 6 lane road
width) and 2 service bridges of width 8.5 m each) - Hydro Mechanical Gates with instrumentation and SCADA
(90 Nos) - River floor & bank Protection
- Fish Pass & Fishermen Navigation Channel
- Flood Protection Embankments (44 km length)
SERVICES:
- Review and vetting of Detail design Civil, Geology, Geotechnical, Hydro-mechanical and Electrical & mechanical.
- Study and review DPR general and technical specifications that are provided by NWRWS department and review the documents
considering all basis of the TS. - Monthly site visit.
- Close interaction with Department and site team.
- Discussion with EPC contractor.
- Resolve design related issues at site.
- Interfacing HM and EM, Civil and Geotechnical.
- Progress review meeting at site and giving presentation.
